NHM – Community Process – ASHA Recruitment West Godavari

Under Notification No.01/2025 issued by Dr. Y.P.S.R. Government Medical College, Eluru, the recruitment process for various Contract cadres has been undertaken. The provisional selection process was completed in accordance with the recruitment notification and applicable guidelines.

After due scrutiny of the applications, certificates and eligibility conditions prescribed in the notification, the Selection Lists for the cadres of Lab Technician Grade-II, Network Administrator and Speech Therapist have been prepared in accordance with the Merit-cum-Roster procedure and approved by the competent authority.

The selected candidates of the following cadres are hereby informed to attend the Certificate Verification/Counselling as per the schedule given below:

The selected candidates shall attend the Certificate Verification/Counselling with all original educational, technical, experience/service and other relevant certificates for verification.

SSC / 10th Class Certificate – for Date of Birth proof

Intermediate Certificate / Marks Memo

Degree / Post-Graduate Certificates and Marks Memos, as applicable

Consolidated Marks Memo

Provisional / Degree Certificate

Experience / Service Certificates, wherever applicable

Community Certificate, wherever applicable

Study Certificates

Residence / Local Status Certificate, wherever applicable

Aadhaar Card

All other relevant certificates/documents submitted along with the application

Only the selected candidates shall attend the Certificate Verification/Counselling. Candidates are required to produce the original certificates for verification.
