THE ENTIRE ABOVE PROJECT WORTH OF RS.3720.70 LAKHS WORKS ARE BEING CONSTRUCTED BY THE AP.STATE HOUSING CORPORATION AND AP. STATE POLICE HOUSING CORPORATION LTD., WEST GODAVARI, 30 % VALUE OF WORKS WERE COMPLETED AS OF NOW.

• It is submitted that in addition to the above project, 473 Play Fields are identified in West Godavari District for developing under MGNREGS in which 470 Play Fields are sanctioned and 302 works are started so far out of which 31 Play Fields completed with the acceptable quality and as per design. Remaining Play Field development works are in progress.
• It is submitted that in addition to the regular coaching activities at ASR Stadium, Indoor Stadium, Swimming Pool, the DSA, W.G., under the guidelines of SAAP, Vijayawada, has been conducted Annul Summer Coaching Camp in 16 disciplines at 50 centers in Rural and Urban areas of West Godavari District from 1^st to 31^st May-2019 in a befitting manner. 1500 Boys and Girls across the district have participated in the above camps. This office has provided necessary sports material to the Camp In charges, Participation certificates to the players.
• It is submitted that as per the guidelines of SAAP, Vijayawada, this office has successfully conducted District Level Para Sports competitions and State Level Para Sports Competitions at ASR and Indoor Stadium, Eluru in the disciplines of (1) Athletics (2) Badminton (3) Power Lifting (4) Shooting and (5) Swimming from 18-02-2019 to 20-02-2019 by providing boarding & lodging Local, Transportation facilities to participants (Male & Female) Accompanist and officials without any single remark. Total 511 participants, i.e., players, accompanists, Team Managers, Coaches, PET/PDs, Care Takers, Officials etc., have participated in the State Level Para Sports from all over the state.
• Apart from conduct of Sports & Games and 2 K run in all Mandals of West Godavari during Janma Bhoomi Mavuru programme (JBMV) from 2^nd to 11^th January-2019, this office has conducted 5k Run on 06.01.2019 at 06.00 AM at Eluru as per guidelines of SAAP, Vijayawada by involving all the officials from the fraternity of sports in Eluru. 1000 children have actively participated in the run and we provided T-Shirts to all the participants and officials
• It is submitted that Our District Players secured 18 Gold Medals, 27 Silver Medals, 48 Bronze Medals at various State Level competitions and also nearly 50 players in all disciplines have been participated in National level Competitions during 2018. Bagged medals up to June- 2019 Gold – 07 Nos., Silver – 18 Nos. and Bronze – 23 Nos.
