DISTRICT TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING

The District Town and Country Planning Office headed  by District Town and Country Planning Officer  situated at  D.No.23A-7-4, K.K.S.Street , Rangoon Meda Veedhi, R.R.Peta, Eluru , West Godavari District under the control of Directorate  of Town and Country Planning, A.P, Guntur.

The main activities of this office are as follows:-

• Preparation of Master Plans (INDICATIVE LAND USE PLANS) for the Grampanchayat areas.
• Conducting the Awareness Programmes to the Grampanchayat Secretaries of West Godavari District on Building rules / Layout rules and procedure for approvals of building plans and processing the Layout / Apartment proposals while forwarding the proposals to the Town and Country Planning Department.
• Annual Inspections of Grampanchayat’s on Town Planning Activities.
• Inspection reports/Feasibility reports called from Directorate of Town and Country Planning, A.P, Guntur and Regional Deputy Director of Town and Country Planning, Rajamahendravaram on different Town Planning activities and complaints from time to time.
• Approvals of Industrial proposals received through Single Window System (online) respect of West Godavari District. (http://www.apindustries.gov.in).
• Approvals of layouts up to Ac.2.50 cents in Grampanchayats of West Godavari District and processing the layout proposals more than Ac.2.50 cents of Layouts to the Regional Deputy Director of Town and Country Planning, Rajamahendravaram and Directorate of Town and Country Planning, A.P, Guntur.
• Approvals of building plans up to 450 Sq.mts site area with Stilt + Ground + 3 upper floors in Grampanchayat areas of West Godavari District and processing the proposals more than 450 Sq.Mts site area to the Directorate of Town and Country Planning, A.P, Guntur.
